Q: What is your return policy?
A: Full 7 day no question asked return on any coin. I will even refund all shipping costs
if it is returned due to a mistake by me. If for any reason you are unhappy with a purchase, let me know. I will always try my best to to solve any problems.

Q: What is your ebay feedback policy?
A: I leave feedback when payment is recieved from buyers. If you ever have a problem with a shipment, please let me know so that I can address the situation. The Post Office sometimes makes mistakes (and so do I), but I always do my best to fix any problems in a timely and satisfactory manner.
 
Q: Why did the postage on my item cost less than I was charged for shipping?
A: Although I keep my eBay shipping fees very low, it is often difficult to set a fixed rate on an item beforehand. Sometimes it's more and sometimes less than actual costs. The shipping charge not only covers the actual cost of postage but also: overhead expenses (i.e. packing materials, labels and printing, etc.); insurance (whether purchased at the PO or assumed by myself if not insured by the PO); and helps cover the underpayments by buyers who have purchased multiple lots at a flat rate which doesn't cover the entire cost of shipping. This is incentive for buyers to purchase more than one small item. I will always work with the buyer to adjust shipping costs if asked to, and often I will include the shipping costs in the cost of the item (as with many of my website sales). I will also refund any postage that I feel is excessive after the actual costs are determined. Even with major postage increases, I have tried to hold down my fees...by finding more efficient methods of shipping to save money.

Q: Why did my package come without any PO insurance coverage?
A: Often the hassle with submitting insured mail and requesting insurance refunds is not worth the time involved for the return on less expensive items. The PO rarely loses any of my parcels, anyway. Part of any excess p/h charges from customers goes towards a fund to cover lost or damaged items paid for out of my pocket. Most shipments of higher value are shipped with insurance or with some other delivery confirmation (for my own protection). I always gaurantee delivery on all items, unlike many sellers that require insurance as a responsibility of the buyer.

Q: Do I accept payments through Paypal?
A: Yes. No extra charge. You may also use your major credit card through Paypal.
